Jesus fulfils all righteousness by being baptised and by overcoming Satan’s temptations in the wilderness. In this passage we are shown what Jesus’ goodness looks like and why Jesus’righteousness is important.
On our one year anniversary as a Church, a year of immense challenge, but also great joy and celebration, we observe the sorrow and joy of Jesus. He was a man of sorrows, well-acquainted with grief, but also a man of deep joy, the most joyful man who ever lived.
